Role
Who you are
- Strong accounting background with solid experience in financial reporting and consolidations
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (FRS102 UK GAAP)
- Insurance industry experience (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you’ll be working with various teams and senior stakeholders
- A proactive, energetic attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fun environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail

- You’ll be responsible for managing group accounts, consolidations, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- The Finance Team is the backbone of our business, providing critical insights and ensuring the financial health of the business.

- Our goal is to drive financial performance while maintaining the highest standards of governance and compliance
- Oversee financial reporting, group consolidation, and month-end processes
- Lead the preparation of group accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights and drive financial performance
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors
- Drive process improvements to streamline accounting functions
