Who you are

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience as a CSM managing 50-60+ accounts
  • Previous B2B SaaS experience
  • Experience working with SMB accounts
  • Proven track record of ability to onboard, support, and excite customers to deliver high customer satisfaction and advocacy
  • You have experience facilitating renewal conversations and have a strong track record of partnering with sales teams to deliver value to our customers
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Self-­awareness, a positive attitude, a sense of humor, and empathy

What the job involves

  • As a Customer Success Manager at ModernLoop, you’ll be partnering with our customer’s recruiting teams to uncover their business pain points and strategically map ModernLoop’s value to help solve them
  • You’ll be working with them to drive engagement, and adoption, and foster an excellent customer experience
  • As a trusted partner, you’ll be building relationships with each client to continuously drive the value of our features and products to their overall business objectives
  • Being a CSM, you’ll be analyzing data from our product and customers to help facilitate renewal conversations and provide excellent ongoing support to them
  • By acting as an advocate for our customers, you’ll be collaborating with sales, product and engineers to identify opportunity areas to enhance our products for them!
