Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working in a client-facing role - exceptional communication skills
- Experience in any sort of technical onboarding role (working with clients but handling the technical onboarding of that client e.g. working with vendor to onboard customer to their platform)
- Understanding of 3rd party APIs (you’ll need to look at how we integrate with a 3rd party system to pull in data) - REST or others
- Strong data analysis capability - you’ve worked with large, disjointed data before and have experience working with different types of data sets (i.e JSON, TSV, Parquet, XML, etc.)
- Experience using tools like SQL and Athena
Desirable
- Knowledge of various scripting languages JS, Python, Perl, etc
- Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira, Hubspot
What the job involves
- You'll be joining the Implementation team, working with enterprise level retail clients
- You will be analyzing their large and complex data sets to design solutions for integration into EDITED's platforms
- You will become an expert on our Enterprise Intelligence (EI) data source dictionary and translate complex data requirements into technical specifications
- You will work closely with client technical and business teams to define and scope out source data that will feed into our EI product
- You will be a key stakeholder in client data validation, quality assessments and technical solution design
- You are responsible for triaging client data issues and working closely with the client support teams
- You will be required to communicate directly with clients on a regular basis around product requirements, product usage, technical issues and project statuses
- You will be responsible for writing technical documentation
