Role
Who you are
- At least 8 years of proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of Power BI projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and experience in building data models for Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple and effective visualizations
- Experience with SQL and data warehousing concepts is a plus
What the job involves
- As a Power BI Developer you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for data visualization and reporting solutions
- Design and develop interactive and visually compelling reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI
- Create data models and implement data transformations to ensure data accuracy and consistency within Power BI
- Optimize performance and scalability of Power BI solutions to meet business needs
- Work closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to integrate Power BI reports with data sources and advanced analytics models
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Power BI solutions to ensure reliability and usability
