Role

Who you are

  • You are a strong communicator who can develop compelling presentations that illustrate Sprinklr’s business value to customers at all levels. You understand how Sprinklr can fit into a customer’s technology stack and the common use cases we can support across systems
  • You are incredibly smart and have a desire to keep up with aggressive training schedules and maintain up to date Sprinklr product certifications
  • You’ve got 5-10 years of experience in a Pre-Sales role at a SaaS company, ideally in the CCaaS or Marketing space
  • You’ve been successful in customer service, preferably in form of Contact Center solutions, and had exposure with marketing, advertising, business intelligence or commerce spaces
  • You’re familiar with Omni-channel engagement, Contact Centre (Voice and Digital), Conversational AI, WFM, Speech Analytics & Automated Quality Management, Case Management & CRM
  • You’re expertise in the SaaS, CCaaS / Customer Service, Analytics, AdTech, or MarTech industries strongly preferred
  • You’re methodical and meticulous in your approach, preparation and execution
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (C1/C2 level)
  • You are willing to travel, especially to the Nordics (on a regular basis), as Benelux and Nordics are one combined region

What the job involves

  • Sprinklr is looking for an CCaaS experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant who will partner with our Sales team in the Benelux (based in Amsterdam)
  • Solutions Consultants are instrumental in the sales cycle, bringing their technical and industry expertise to create compelling solutions for customers
  • As a Lead Solutions Consultant you will partner with Sales to uncover a customer’s current and future states and their goals in order to best position Sprinklr’s solutions
  • You will be a key member of account teams with Sales and other internal stakeholders (cross-functional) for our enterprise customers and collaborate across a distributed team
  • You will attend client meetings to conduct in-depth discovery on the customer’s current and future states and positive business outcomes
  • You’ll bring your creativity to build compelling presentations and collateral that demonstrate our solutions and the value proposition they provide against a customer’s required capabilities, drive Strategic Sales Plays with leading perspectives and points of view and deliver presentations virtually and in person
  • You will educate our customers on Sprinklr’s business value by delivering high-impact platform demonstrations
  • You will passionately seek out the opportunity to assist Sales in the response to RFXs and to support on pilots
