Who you are

  • This position is ideal for a motivated and energetic individual who is eager to make a significant impact in the digital health industry
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and cold outreach, within healthtech or healthcare; experience prospecting across multiple channels and identifying vectors of outreach
  • Proficient in Salesforce and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; can work independently and in a team
  • Experience working with Sales Teams and handing off leads to maximize closure rate
  • Ability to document quickly, log actions taken and adapt to fast-shifting work environment

What the job involves

  • The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a crucial role in our growth and expansion
  • As a BDR, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, helping to expand our client base and drive our business forward. We can’t wait to meet you!
  • Identify and target potential clients in the digital health space
  • Engage with leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales team members
  • Provide occasional product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and sales progress
  • Report on sales metrics and provide insights into potential improvements
  • Achieve monthly targets and KPIs set by the sales leadership
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of Healthie’s products and services
  • Ensure consistent follow-up with potential clients to nurture relationships
  • Address and redirect client queries to appropriate departments
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the digital health sector
  • Collaborate with the Sales/BD/Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies
  • Participate in industry conferences and networking events
