What the job involves

  • As our Head of Workplace Experience, you’ll work at the heart of the business ensuring that our office is running smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis for all of our Accufolk
  • You’ll be responsible for leading the Workplace team and for our overall workplace experience, making the office feel like “Accurx” and ensuring the space reflects our values and mission
  • It’s an exciting opportunity to look after all aspects of workplace experience which includes everything from building facilities management, owning supplier relationships through to office budgets and in-office wellbeing events, building strong working relationships with a variety of internal teams to deliver a seamless experience.
  • You’ll also oversee and support onsite internal and external events, ensuring they are on-budget, on-brand, and deliver against their desired goals
  • Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of all our spaces, including meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, kitchen etc
  • Identify office improvements and ways in which our office space can be made more inclusive and efficient, in order to help us achieve our company goals
  • Developing and leading a cohesive, high performing team, fostering a warm, collaborative and growth orientated environment where people are enabled to continually develop both personally and professionally
  • Ownership of office budget, working alongside our Finance department, regularly tracking and reporting on spend

Our take

Communication between patients and nurses/doctors has typically happened via telephone call or post. This outdated technology is costly and doesn't provide a great experience. Accurx solves this problem with its communication and collaboration platform.

Accurx is building tools that allow GPs and other healthcare providers to communicate more efficiently with their patients and with each other in order to deliver top-quality care. Its products are now used in over 95% of GP practices. This is testament to the value of Accurx's platform.

Since raising considerable funding, Accurx has been focused on growing its team and developing its products, including batch messaging between clinics and patients, to help care sites ease the burden of long wait lists and understaffing. With these challenges continuing to mount for the health system, Accurx is likely to remain in high demand for the foreseeable future.
