Senior Product Designer, Graphite Digital

• Strategic Thinking: Deep understanding of product strategy, user needs, and industry trends, with the ability to inform long-term product roadmaps
• Design Expertise: Extensive experience in UX, information architecture, and interaction design, with strong skills in prototyping and iterative development
• Workshop Facilitation: Proven ability to lead workshops and brainstorming sessions, tailoring approaches to business needs and desired outcomes
• Collaboration and Communication: Demonstrated ability to present work clearly, persuasively, and with confidence to senior stakeholders
• Process and Systems Thinking: Experience maintaining and contributing to design systems and optimising design workflows
• Figma Proficiency: Advanced skills in Figma, including design system components, responsive design, and prototyping
• Creative Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design work, highlighting your ability to solve complex problems and deliver visually appealing, innovative solutions

• As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design direction on key projects, demonstrating expertise in user-centred, outcome-focused design

• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including researchers, Graphite partners or client development teams & stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions informed by data and insights
• You’ll contribute to the growth of the design team by mentoring mid-level designers, refining processes, and helping to maintain and scale our design systems
• As a senior team member, you will also play a role in shaping the strategy and operations of your squad
