Role

Who you are

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and a passion for technology and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential
  • Previous customer facing experience, preferably in a SaaS company
  • 2+ years’ experience working on digital marketing campaigns. Knowledge of Unbounce, Leadpages or other landing page technologies is preferable, but not required
  • Experience working with Banking institutions a major plus
  • A passionate digital marketing specialist: You love technology and have a knowledge of and enthusiasm for personalisation in the digital space, best practices, emerging trends, and technologies
  • Data-driven with an analytical mindset: Confident analysing diverse data sets to find opportunities and uncover ways to continuously improve our campaigns
  • Able to continually critique and optimise performance with a positive mind-set
  • High impact personality: True self-starter with an enthusiastic and positive, can-do attitude and bias to action
  • Communication skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Passionate about understanding clients’ businesses and commercially minded
  • Ability to work effectively with many stakeholders, in a global and highly matrixed environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a dynamic individual to define project success criteria with customers and translate these into actionable plans using data-driven insights
  • The role requires a deep understanding of customer segments to execute user-centric personalization strategies and advocate for the adoption of Dynamic Yield's solutions
  • Key responsibilities include regularly reviewing project status with clients and stakeholders, providing thought leadership on landing page best practices, and training customers on platform usage with a focus on scalability
  • Define project success criteria together with customers, and use data to translate into an actionable plan
  • Understand customers’ key segments to execute a user-centric personalisation strategy through your influencing skills
  • Evangelize adoption of the Dynamic Yield solution, and create opportunities for wider product adoption
  • Review overall project status with clients and internal stakeholders on a regular basis, on weekly calls, web presentations or onsite meetings as required
  • Demonstrate thought leadership about landing page best practices
  • Train customers on how to use Dynamic Yield's platform, with a focus on scalability and ease of use
  • Deliver external projects on-time while communicating and resolving issues in a clear and professional manner
  • Communicate project status and issues internally, and flag escalations in a timely manner
