Who you are
- We are hiring a Software Developer, with proven experience in the infrastructure domain, to join the team and help bring that vision to a reality
- Experience building and leading the design and implementation of critical infrastructure systems and services in a microservices architecture
- Experience working on Kubernetes and familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Exposure with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Buildkite
- Passion for building solutions to counter significant challenges related to scalability
- Familiarity with storage and caching systems like postgres, redis and dynamodb
What the job involves
- The Load and Fault team at Robinhood, builds out a platform to empowers all of engineering at Robinhood
- Design large-scale systems within the team, making the right tradeoffs for risk and long-term maintainability
- Set up and drive technical directions of the project
- Supporting core backend systems for the team and helping build out new greenfield initiatives
- Partner cross functionally to ensure teams are set up for success in regards to their testing and use of the product
