Role
Who you are
- Deep knowledge of platform infrastructure on SaaS infrastructure products and public cloud platforms
- 5+ years of experience in an infrastructure-focused PM role with a B2B SaaS product
- Experience driving infrastructure needs cross-functionally across multiple product lines
- Understanding of the enterprise services space, particularly managed services and system integration
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on written communication
- High levels of customer empathy and a passion for using numbers to understand how customers adopt and use products
What the job involves
- As a Senior Product Manager for Cloud Infrastructure, you will define technologies, processes, and practices to optimize our platform infrastructure
- You will develop a deep understanding of the platform infrastructure needs of the different HashiCorp products
- You will work cross-functionally with engineering and other product managers to help shape the infrastructure to support all HashiCorp product lines; You are familiar with public cloud infrastructure tooling and best practices to deliver infrastructure guidance
- This is a fantastic opportunity to join a PM team focused on solving the challenging problems of delivering services on top of the major public cloud platforms
- Own the business strategy and roadmap for cloud infrastructure across all HashiCorp cloud products and services
- Understand the unique infrastructure needs of each product line and define the primitives of standard platform infrastructure
- Participate in detailed planning and prioritization exercises jointly with engineering
- Detect areas that are ripe for improvement and establish appropriate infrastructure goals
- Influence and collaborate with colleagues to develop infrastructure solutions
