• You’ll be an experienced Principal / Lead Product Manager with a background in developing booking and payment platforms and delivering outstanding customer experiences
• You’ll have an in-depth knowledge of the payments industry, including emerging trends and technologies (payment networks and banking rails). Your background will be B2C or SMB
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines including wider product, engineering, commercial and legal
• You’ll be strategic yet hands on and simply love solving problems!

• We are looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to drive the vision and development of Checkatrade’s new Bookings & Payments platform, supporting our goal of building a comprehensive end-to-end marketplace
• You will be the subject matter expert (SME) for all booking and payment-related activities, including facilitating the online hiring of tradespeople by homeowners, checkout processes, booking management, refunds, and fraud prevention

• You’ll report to a Product Director of our Exchange alliance, creating a booking payment strategy and developing a prioritised roadmap
• You’ll build a framework for working with Product and Commercial teams across both sides of the platform
• This will enable us to capitalise on new product offerings and revenue opportunities
• You’ll become a bookings, check out, refunds and fraud SME sharing your deep technical understanding of payment products alongside your customer experience
