Who you are

  • Someone with 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced sales role
  • Top candidates will demonstrate the ability to self-generate a pipeline and close new business, consistently exceeding targets
  • Top performers are highly organised and able to prioritise tasks to maximise producitivity
  • Candidates do not need to have post-sale account management experience, although this would be advantageous. Experience as an SDR and/or selling to professionals within the medical sector are both beneficial
  • Highly coachable, this role is fast-paced and requires individuals to learn and adapt quickly
  • We are looking an ambitious individual who is eager to work hard and make a significant impact on the team and the business
  • Have a track record of grit, determination and resourcefulness
  • To be based in the UK and able to commute to our London (Hoxton) office on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday

What the job involves

  • This will be a 360 role responsible for acquiring new customers and managing their growth
  • Working with the London-based team you will be a foundational member of the go-to-market efforts, helping to shape and grow the global customer experience

  • Onboard new customers (dentists) and expand your portfolio of existing clients by increasing their engagement with the 32co platform
  • It's a comprehensive role where you will be prospecting, closing, and managing a portfolio of dentists
  • The majority of your new business will be generated through outbound efforts, including leveraging referrals and cold calling
  • A typical day might involve cold calling sessions, visiting practices in person, holding quarterly reviews with high-value clients, and working on growth initiatives

For general dentists, adding orthodontics to their practices can be extremely lucrative; but despite high income potential and speedy implementations, dentists may not feel they can confidently supply orthodontic plans due to lack of expertise. 32Co assists general dentists to incorporate clear aligner orthodontics, providing a marketplace to compare manufacturers alongside access to orthodontic experts.

Usually, if a dentist wishes to offer clear aligner orthodontics, they must source a supplier that is appropriate for all cases they may encounter, but with 32Co’s marketplace they can instead choose packages to fit each individual patient. Dentists work alongside a technician or, if they are not confident in delivering a treatment plan, can choose to be supported by one of 32Co’s orthodontic specialists.
