Strategy & Leadership Manager, Ratepay

• This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable approach with a strong background in strategy, operations, and leadership
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• Several years of experience in strategy, operations, or a similar role; prior experience in a FinTech, finance or SaaS company is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and stakeholder management
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving organizational change with tangible results
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent English-Skills, German is a plus

• As Strategy & Leadership Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Head of Strategy & Transformation, CEO and senior leadership team, driving organizational effectiveness and ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Strategy & Transformation), CEO and leadership team to develop and implement the company's strategic goals and initiatives
• Operational Efficiency: Streamline operations and processes to enhance productivity and efficiency across the organization
• Project Management: Oversee and manage high-priority projects, ensuring timely and successful completion
• Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments and stakeholders to ensure that employees understand the strategic approach
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Leadership Support: Assist the senior leadership in decision-making, prioritization, and execution
