What the job involves

  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote rlvd.com, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, search engine optimisation (seo), search engine marketing (sem), and pay per click (ppc)
  • Managing the strategy, budget, and execution of acquisition and retention efforts to increase profitable traffic growth on the rlvd.com marketplace
  • Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels
  • Knowledgeable in marketing automation software such as hootsuite
  • Supporting the marketing team in driving the development of digital campaigns
  • Preparing reports on the performance of rlvd.com marketing campaigns
  • Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate, and ad spend return on investment
  • Coordinating with the marketing team to identify new and innovative brand growth strategies
  • Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels
  • At the beginning of the role, you will also be expected to do the cataloguing for the marketplace until the catalogue manager joins the team, which will include:
  • Owning and running the product catalogues (product detail, pictures, keywords etc)
  • Creating new listings for new products, and updating current listings to make them pop
