Executive Assistant, Vanta

• Our ideal candidate is a passionate self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage and prioritize multiple initiatives and tasks, and is excited to learn about and grow with our company
• You must be located in ET, with mild preference for candidates proximate to NYC, Philadelphia, or Raleigh-Durham
• 3-5 years of experience as an EA, project manager, or biz ops person at a technology company
• You are a self-starter who is highly motivated and comfortable with taking on multiple work streams and priorities
• You have excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem solving skills
• You can think on your feet, and shift to changing needs and priorities
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidently communicating to stakeholders across the organization
• You're a team player and you hold yourself to the highest ethical and work performance standards
• You always exercise a high level of confidentiality and treat sensitive situations with good judgment

• As the Executive Assistant to four of our executives including our Chief Product Officer, Chief People and Legal Officer, and CISO, you’ll be supporting and driving a variety of initiatives that will enable your leaders and their teams to do their best work
• We’re looking for a team member to support several of our executives! You will not only directly partner with these leaders, but also work on larger projects that drive the business forward for their departments
• Be a trusted partner to our executives, providing administrative and strategic support on a day to day basis
• Act as a gatekeeper for your leaders, managing calendars and scheduling meetings according to your leaders’ priorities
• Regularly review operating practices and meeting cadencies, and propose and implement improvements
• Plan and execute department level offsites, meetings, and events
• Coordinate travel and related accommodations for your leaders
• Create and manage expenses for your leaders and any department and team events
• Manage and drive special projects for your leaders and their departments
• Work closely with other executive assistants to ensure that Vanta's Leadership Team is staying coordinated on meetings and action items

The security auditing process is usually very time-consuming, taking hours to complete, and it is often difficult for start-ups to invest time into such a process. Yet, the benefits of security accreditation are enormous, mainly as many such businesses are working globally and need ways to demonstrate security compliance to one another. Vanta works specifically with start-ups to help them complete and pass security audits such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
