Who you are

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a dynamic HR function
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a teamplayer and to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to analyse data,provide insights on trends and present effectively
  • Ability to effectively communicate in various mediums to a wide variety of audiences
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced company
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and propose methods for continuous improvement
  • Excellent proficiency with productivity suite (Office or G Suite), data analysis tools such as Excel and HR systems (Workday preferred)

What the job involves

  • We have a great opportunity for a HR Generalist to join our EMEA People Business Partner HR Team as we scale the business across the region
  • As a member of the People Business Partner Team, the Generalist will get an opportunity to play a key role in a wide range of people activities covering the full employee lifecycle and critical strategic projects
  • Program manage key initiatives and projects in partnership with other stakeholders
  • Develop and analyze key data and metrics to provide insights on people strategy and progress against objectives
  • Manage employee onboarding in partnership with other key stakeholders
  • Partner with the People Operations team and act as local advisor to employee questions
  • Partner with ER and Legal teams to develop and communicate regional policies and procedures
  • Drive employee recognition programs and processes
  • Drive programmes that support hybrid working and enhance in-person connection

The new approach towards network security is increasingly based on identification and authentication, and Okta is on track to become the go-to vendor in the space. They aim to do so by developing products that enable people to access applications and other tools more smoothly and securely than ever before.

Okta has taken strides towards expansion through significant employee growth and shuffling executive leadership. The company has also made lateral moves such as tackling governance concerns, opening up new paths for revenue.
