Who you are

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of cross group program management experience
  • 1+ years of experience across component definition, design, engagement, infrastructure, engineering, and service management for online services and platforms
  • Understanding of data management across technology and business domains
  • Establish data contracts & interfaces with partners to enable end-to-end features for customers
  • Background in HDFS, Kafka queues, Spark, Hadoop, ETL pipelines are a plus
  • Experience in cloud computing, online gaming, or similar industries
  • Experience with documentation and work tracking tools like Confluence, GitLab, JIRA, Teams/Sharepoint, Workfront, Hansoft
  • Familiarity with Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) and Cloud Service Providers (AWS, GCP, and Azure)
  • Understanding of distributed systems, containers, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes is desirable

What the job involves

  • As Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining and managing technology programs, milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and successful on-time delivery needed for our centralized data management program
  • That program will deliver data insights across infrastructure environments (cloud and physical) needed for: server and asset management, technology programs, and efficient operations for games and services around the world
  • Engagement: Own programs partnering with security, game studios, services, and platform teams
  • Mapping existing data sources with physical and logical architectures need to provide service hosting details and infrastructure insights
  • Form vision, value proposition and roadmap for improvements to data architecture needed for production environment management
  • Provide thought leadership to the development team building key functionality, working with customers/partners to get feedback, and iterating to improve outcomes via centralized data management program
  • Enable, and establish data driven programs, processes, and products
  • Identity and manage cross-group dependencies needed for delivery
  • Quality: Ensuring testing to meet acceptance and performance criteria defined by the program
  • Service Management: Participating in change and release management that results in zero downtime and zero data loss deployments
  • Efficient: Driving for services and platform operations that are easy to use, integrated, and resource-efficient
