Otta's take

In the increasingly competitive SaaS market, the onboarding experience for new users is paramount to growth, and long learning periods can deter companies from adopting products, independent of their eventual utility. Chameleon provides easy-to-implement tools for software companies to improve the onboarding experience and customise product tours for their applications.

Chameleon was founded in 2015 to combat the issues arising from slow onboarding. As well as its no-code solution for creating onboarding tours, it provides additional tools such as its spotlight search experience HelpBar, and single-question surveys known as Microsurveys whose data can be fed into existing analytics tools. The company has a list of rivals in the low- and no-code development space, some of which have garnered significant investment, but Chameleon remains confident that it delivers the deepest product adoption platform available, and it can profit from businesses seeking product-led expansion.

Chameleon’s own significant funding will contribute to boosting product development and offering better, faster support for customers. With industry-leading integrations and a focus on in-depth partnering, Chameleon is in a strong position to be the best choice for software teams, which should fuel its future growth.
