Who you are

  • 5+ years of project management or program experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with managing customer and vendor budgets and forecasting project resources
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders
  • Understanding of Salesforce technology; Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201 and/or have previous experience working on Salesforce implementation projects
  • Ability to document customer business requirements and translate to high-level technical requirements for internal team members
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Willing to travel (~20%)

Desirable

  • Experience working for or with personal injury firms, full-service firms, insurance defense companies, corporate legal departments, in-house counsel, staff attorneys
  • Experience with matter/case management, timekeeping, billing practices, financial/account solutions or ERP solutions
  • Project Management Institute certification

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to be an integral part of our growing Professional Services organization
  • In this role you will engage in managing the implementation and configuration of the Litify platform (Salesforce) in order to migrate our clients, set them up for success on Litify, and ensure a timely and smooth go-live on their projects
  • At Litify we believe in the power of autonomy at the individual level and use time outside projects to benefit our people and our customers in the ways you and your team decide
  • Develop and own the client relationship throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects
  • Plan and drive timelines and aim for on-time and on-budget delivery with successful completion of all in scope project work
  • Identify project risks and develop and lead risk mitigation plans
  • Manage project scope and document and present change orders for out of scope deliverables
  • Own / host kickoff meetings, recurring touch points during the project, etc. and provide weekly status updates to stakeholders
  • Together, collaborate with the other team members from the Service Delivery teams during the project, allocating resources and tracking project tasks
  • Travel to customers on site as needed (ex: UAT, Go-Live, etc)
  • Mentor and coach project management team to improve delivery and encourage skill development
  • Support development and adherence to internal project methodology
