Who you are

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue operations, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to align cross functional teams to achieve our business goals
  • 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

What the job involves

  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic VP Revenue Operations to join our Revenue leadership team
  • This pivotal role will be responsible for driving revenue growth and efficiency across our global operations
  • Strategy Development and Execution:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global revenue operations strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Revenue Optimization:
  • Oversee the design and execution of revenue processes, including lead generation, sales pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Implement best practices and tools to optimize the entire revenue cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • Cross Functional Leadership:
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and coordination of revenue driving initiatives
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the organization
  • Data and Analytics:
  • Utilize data driven insights to monitor and improve revenue performance
  • Implement advanced analytics and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to the leadership team
  • Technology and Tools:
  • Evaluate and manage revenue related technologies and platforms to ensure they support the business needs and drive efficiency
  • Lead the implementation of new tools and technologies as needed
  • Team Leadership:
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high performing revenue operations team
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to team members
