Role

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 2+ years of HR or Recruiting related work experience in a high growth organization

Desirable

  • Experience with Workday or other HCM Systems
  • Expert in G-Suite (including Google Slides, Google Sheets, excel, Word etc.)
  • Strong attention to details and organizational skills
  • Ability to think outside of the box and work in a fast paced, high transaction volume, shifting, non-structured environment
  • Ability to exercise good judgement and discretion, maintaining confidentiality when required
  • Self-directed problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization and departments success
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What the job involves

  • Process employee changes in HRIS system including but not limited to hiring, and data changes
  • Assist with employee pre-hire processes, including but not limited to new hire paperwork and work authorization documentation
  • Audit employee changes in HRIS system including but not limited to hiring, termination, promotions, data changes, leave of absence
  • Create and maintain electronic employee files
  • Respond to general HR inquiries regarding but not limited to HR policies, benefits, employee data, employment verifications and systems
  • Collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, IT and the broader HR team on employee data and transactions
  • Support People Success and HR teams in ad-hoc projects and process improvement and documentation
