Who you are

  • At least 5 years of experience building & managing a high performing sales teams
  • Experience driving results in a direct, outbound sales environment with short sales cycles
  • Experienced in using & optimizing CRMs (we use Hubspot) and other supporting sales software
  • (Near) native level Spanish speaker with business proficiency in English
  • High energy, willingness to learn and a self-starter. Besides that, you value drive and honesty
  • You love the challenge of a scale-up environment and would like to contribute to scaling our company
  • You like to work in a team, but you take full ownership of your tasks and responsibilities

What the job involves

  • We are on the lookout for a Regional Sales Director to lead our Spanish sales team for Energy Monitoring
  • You will mainly contribute to and work on one key strategic objective: the commercial growth of Sensorfact
  • Forecasting, reporting on and achieving demand generation and revenue targets of your team
  • Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and managing your team
  • Collaborating with sales leadership for targeted training and development of team members
  • Motivating the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
  • Providing insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team

With a vision to reducing the waste generated by industrial processes, Sensorfact supplies monitoring systems to manage energy, gas, and water usage, as well as predictive maintenance for preventing machine failure.

Utilised by manufacturers worldwide, including the likes of Dunlop and Mitsubishi, Sensorfact's products empower its clients to take control of classically wasteful processes, and make changes where they will have the most impact.

The company has seen significant investment to support further product development and expansion into the DACH-region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), including opening an office in Berlin. Serving 40 countries worldwide, Sensorfact has already contributed hundreds of GWh of savings, equivalent to the annual energy consumption of more than 30,000 households, and, with such a huge market before them, will be an intriguing one to watch.
