• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• 3+ years in managing software engineering teams
• Have experience with code review and helping unblock engineers by diving into technical details
• Experience with PyTorch
• Hands on experience with LLMs, Multimodal, and NLP applications
• B.S, M.S. or PhD in Computer Science or a related field
• People management experience: Coaching, performance evaluation, mentorship, career development
• Project management skills: Prioritization, communicating across team/org boundaries
