Role

Who you are

  • Able to work based on US time zone
  • A motivated and self-driven SDR with a startup-hustle mentality
  • 1 - 3 years experience in as a B2B SaaS SDR
  • Self-driven, analytical, structured and high attention to details
  • Great communication skills, enjoy talking to clients via the phone
  • Proven track record of achievement, exceeding sales quotas or equivalent
  • Experience with cold calling
  • Fluent in English
  • Available to start work immediately is a plus

What the job involves

  • Research and identify new opportunities in key regions and verticals
  • Gather necessary lead information for prospecting (email, phone etc.)
  • Create and run outbound prospecting campaigns (emails and calls) to book meetings with relevant decision makers
  • Educate prospects on Jibble’s benefits
  • Work closely with the account executive team to improve closing rates and overall sales process

Established by former heads of Jibble, Payroll Panda is dedicated to streamlining the onboarding process and simplifying staff payment setups, all without the need for extensive training.

Since securing seed funding in 2018, Payroll Panda has maintained a relatively low profile in terms of further funding, possibly due to its co-founders' involvement in various other ventures. Initially aiming to attain 20,000 paying customers in Malaysia before expanding into other regions within a five-year timeframe, the company appears to still be progressing towards this objective, with the outcome of these efforts remaining to be seen.
