• 4+ years of professional visual design experience (although you might have had a different job title like “art director”)
• Proven experience as a professional Motion Designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion and design skills
• Confident presentation and storytelling abilities
• Experience collaborating in multifunctional teams as the visual design lead
• Proficiency with contemporary design tools and methods such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop) and Figma
• Business level ability in English

• Senior Designers are responsible for the design and orchestration of visual elements in a systemic composition
• The discipline combines design for communication (brand, motion, and visual storytelling) and support for interaction design (UI/UX, design systems, and digital products)
• As a Senior Designer, you balance brand, motion, and product; functional clarity, and business impact
• As a Senior Designer, you are expected to represent depth in the craft of visual design. You will often be the backbone of your projects from beginning to end
• You will plan, prioritize, and deliver visual design activities autonomously, in the context of interdisciplinary projects
• You will lead conversations within your domain, providing recommendations and helping guide design choices
• Translate brand principles, themes, and moods into strategic frameworks for visual expressions
• Conceptualize, create and share motion graphics and animations that align with and achieve project goals
• Create scalable design language systems for typography, color, components, and layouts
• Support design efforts for our products
• Design brand identities and brand collateral
• Create multi-media narratives that tell engaging stories of a team, project, or deliverable, with the audience and communication objective in mind
• Evolve brand expression; by building on either existing direction, or creating one from scratch
• Drive collaboration with marketing and sales teams to align from the design purpose to the execution roadmap
• Frame a vision for art direction, photography, and illustration to reinforce product vision
• Support the team with guidance for visual expression
• Create assets that tell the story of our product in an impactful way
