Who you are

  • 8+ years of experience as an individual contributor in Corporate Strategy, Portfolio Strategy, New Product Planning, Business Development, or Management Consulting with a focus on the life sciences industry or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience with 2+ years as a people manager
  • Must have superb organizational and time management skills, and excellent attention to detail
  • Must have an analytical mindset and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and navigate different team dynamics
  • Highly adaptable to a dynamic atmosphere of changing requirements and scope
  • Able to correspond with internal and external contacts in a professional manner
  • Superb writing, visual design, and communication skills
  • A graduate of a 4-year degree from a top-tier university with strong academic track record
  • Ability to anticipate potential needs and challenges before they occur

What the job involves

  • As the Strategy and Operations Manager you will work directly with Click’s Director of Strategy to manage and execute on strategic planning, strategic execution, and strategic initiatives for the company
  • You will support the development of our overall company strategy and corporate objectives, update them in response to emerging information and communicate them throughout the organization
  • This is a highly cross-functional role that works across all departments to integrate strategic needs, opportunities, and inputs; and ensure ongoing alignment between tactical execution and strategic goals
  • As part of this role, you will also manage activities that enable key strategic initiatives and support cross functional execution
  • Partner with the Director of Strategy to drive key strategic initiatives that will advance the success of Click, its portfolio, and the digital therapeutics industry. These initiatives span all functions, with a special focus on business development, corporate development, public policy, and communications
  • Design and execute strategic assessments to inform and drive company’s strategic focus, business objectives, and organizational priorities
  • Support resource planning and management that enables all internal activities under the direction of the Strategic Execution Team leads
  • Drive the development of market building strategy and build collaterals enable the Business Development, Policy, Investor Relations and the Communications team
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to author, articulate, and drive continuous improvement of their strategy to enable Click’s progress towards its mission and vision
  • Drive operational excellence of Click’s Strategy function through annual planning and tracking of key activities

Prescription medical treatments have historically been comprised only of pharmaceutical drugs and therapies, but digital therapeutics present an effective and low-cost alternative. With treatment provided through a clinically trialled app, these solutions have found success in tackling major medical issues such as type 2 diabetes, depression and and smoking.

Click Therapeutics is one company working in this field, providing prescription software as a treatment for patients with unmet and high-burden needs such as chronic pain, major depressive disorder and migraines. There are other companies working in this area such as OurPath, Soma, and Ieso, but the global digital therapeutics market is estimated to be worth up to $18 billion by 2027 and is still largely untapped, leaving plenty of room to grow.

Click Therapeutics has raised funding through several investment rounds and debt financing. It is using this capital to accelerate the development of its products and further improve the performance of its platform.
