  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Legal fields
  • 5+ years of product or program management managing products or services throughout its whole lifecycle with a track record of successfully meeting customer needs
  • 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional tech and non-tech teams to build and launch technology products
  • Proven track record of delivering initiatives from conception through completion on time, within budget and on or beyond scope
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with various levels of an organization, both written and verbally, including senior executives
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, vLookups, Macros), Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of financial requirements across EMEA
  • Experience working with accounting, tax and legal teams
  • Demonstrated business judgment as well as ability to think creatively, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
  • Experience in Corporate Training with some understanding of certification, education programs and Authorized Training Partners

Desirable

  • Multiple languages is considered a bonus
  • Exposure to Prince, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or ITIL concepts is a plus

What the job involves

  • Develop a detailed implementation plan to launch, deliver and track progress and ensure that all Training services are delivered on-time, within scope, budget and resource availability, managing the whole lifecycle to ensure customer needs are met
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Tax, Legal, Vendors and Marketing teams to deliver initiatives/projects and manage the relationship with all stakeholders for flawless execution
  • Perform business analysis on training initiatives (products/services and education programs) and manage roll outs of the initiatives in new regions to increase our capabilities of better serving customers
  • Write documentation for internal and external stakeholders to support sales, delivery and customers in understanding the program/ services
  • Act as the subject-matter-expert for products & services internally and externally and deliver training to operations and sales support as and when required
  • Deliver a regular (e.g. monthly) volume, revenue and cost reports and forecasts
  • Manage customer feedback and act as the voice of the customer in meetings Look for ways to continuously develop program operations to improve the customer experience
