Who you are

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS or Cloud provider
  • Ability to translate sales needs into systems requirements and ideal sales programs
  • Proficient understanding of utilizing a clearly defined and replicable process, emphasizing prioritization and a results-driven approach
  • Working knowledge of leveraging Sales tech stack (Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations
  • Scrappiness when scoping, sizing and fulfilling large and small requests balancing efficiency and quality
  • Customer oriented mindset who works productively with a wide range of people/personalities and has an aptitude for effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Sales minded and experienced in all phases of sales and business development lifecycles
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail with the capability to appropriately define issues, questions, data, and solutions
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines, manage time effectively, and focus on the highest priorities
  • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator

Desirable

  • Experience in high-growth startups and/or high-growth technology companies
  • Experience in strategy consulting, private equity or Cloud Services
  • Experience with Mosaic or equivalent BI Tools

What the job involves

  • As a vital contributor, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our sales operations to new heights and harmonizing Go-To-Market strategies throughout the organization
  • Your direct collaboration with our Sales Operations Manager will involve spearheading mission-critical, cross-functional projects across various departments
  • Working closely with our Sales, Sales Development, Marketing, Capacity, and Operations teams, you will contribute to achieving ambitious growth objectives
  • This role offers a unique opportunity to wield significant influence over CoreWeave's comprehensive growth initiatives across all go-to-market facets
  • Develop and optimize sales motions and processes for all Sales reps (SDR, AE, AM etc) that increase sales productivity and over attainment against goals
  • Own Salesforce and ensure proper hygiene for reporting, surfacing trends & insights to Sales Leaders
  • Manage all Rules of Engagement (ROE), territories, and opportunity/account definitions to align with our current GTM structure
  • Manage all aspects of sales-owned data across all systems ensuring collection, accuracy, and accessibility (including partnering with reps and managers for accurate pipeline)
  • Fully leverage the technology stack including Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, & ZoomInfo
  • Analyze and advise on improvements in pre-sales process, rep execution, data cleanliness, target attainment, and systems to boost productivity
  • Design, develop & deliver robust and scalable reporting in Salesforce & BI tool

Many cloud service providers can suffer from slow prediction speeds when they are used for data modeling. CoreWeave solves this problem with its specialized cloud service provider.

CoreWeave reduces prediction times and makes service requests faster and more efficient. This, in turn, cuts cloud costs considerably. This has proven to be a strong draw for many companies, with CoreWeave signing a lucrative partnership with GPU heavyweight NVIDIA as well as partnering with BitOoda, which has allowed it to expand its operations to the financial market.

However, in 2023 it closed three very significant rounds of funding (Series B and debt and secondary extensions), which is being invested into expanding its US-based data centers, opening two new ones in the coming year. The question remains whether, despite 2023's big investments in the sector, CoreWeave can maintain this momentum and whether generative AI's stock will continue to rise.
