Who you are
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Experience with NetSuite (preferred but not required)

What the job involves
- We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance team
- Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be an essential part of the team taking responsibility for the day to day transactions and production of management accounts, alongside ad hoc projects that arise
- Entering financial transactions into internal databases and financial systems
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Ensuring all invoices and receipts are entered into the system before payment
- Preparation and execution of the weekly payment run to external suppliers
- Ensure all credit card spending is reconciled, allocated and receipts obtained
- Ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting and project assignments as required
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Working knowledge of financial software
- Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency and cost reductions
