Who you are

  • A strong candidate for this role will be highly organized, able to drive progress across very cross-functional workstreams, analytical, and flexible / interested in working across a broad range of business problems across Included Health’s full P&L
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Passion for raising the standard of healthcare
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience with at least 5 of your 7+ years of experience were in management consulting, high growth startups, investment banking, private equity or venture capital
  • Outstanding analytical abilities and instincts
  • Natural ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate
  • Operate comfortably and effectively in ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving and business judgment skills
  • Proficient in spreadsheet analysis (Excel, Google Sheets), data visualization (Looker, Tableau) and reporting
  • Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location
  • Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment
  • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required
  • Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner

What the job involves

  • As a Senior Manager within our General Management team, you will be working on a wide range of complex business needs of our rapidly scaling business. You will leverage project and program management, strategic thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills to keep our business on pace and on task.
  • You will monitor key performance indicators for the business, run the business operations forums to review progress against business targets and drive the business toward key decisions, where needed. When progress slows, you’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to diagnose the problem, develop a strategy to address issues, execute that strategy, and measure effectiveness.
  • Our team partners with senior leadership to run critical initiatives that cross-cut our organizations and deliver high impact results. You will work collaboratively with our partners across Product, Go-to-Market, Finance, Analytics, Care and Clinical Operations teams to build & improve products that deliver value for our buyers and provide a transformational healthcare experience for our members.
  • You collaborate and approach your work with humility, empathy, creativity, intellectual horsepower, and an enduring hunger to achieve results. You will be part of a small and nimble team that will help to change the way healthcare is experienced by millions of members
  • Build, monitor and analyze the health of Included Health’s businesses overall through dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, and ongoing ‘run the business’ forums to track performance against business plans
  • Drive ongoing operational reviews for Included Health’s key performance indicators, including Revenue, Bookings, Pipeline, and Profitability; partner with cross functional stakeholders to develop plans to address areas of opportunity, as needed
  • Partner with product and operations to solve key business problems and drive change
  • Partner with finance and go-to-market teams to develop business and growth plans
  • Own strategic projects to improve performance against key business indicators, including performance guarantees, engagement, savings generation and ROI demonstration. This includes defining the problem, developing a strategy, reporting to bring the org along on deeper understanding of the problem space, and driving cross-functional alignment
  • Collaborate on business planning processes and quarterly Board planning
