What the job involves
- We are looking for a Working Student Operations Assistant to join our Bolt Drive business
- You will be supporting the team in a smooth traffic offense fine management
- Please note that this is a part-time position, with the possibility of working full-time during the semester breaks
- As a Bolt Drive Working Student Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for smooth traffic offense fine management
- The goal is to process traffic offenses on time as well as answer authority requests based on set guidelines
- Manage and administer incoming traffic offense fines, including forwarding data to authorities and issuing fines to users
- Answering incoming authority requests connected to traffic offenses and criminal offenses both in writing and on the phone
- Creation of reports to monitor volumes and performance
- Assist with further operational duties as required
