Role

Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in information systems, with a focus on project management
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in the technical implementations of multiple projects
  • Technical competence in IT systems and processes
  • Strong sense of ownership for managing end-to-end project development cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and push projects to completion with a desire to make a meaningful impact
  • Knowledge of information system urbanization principles and practices
  • Ability to lead projects involving both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of usual IT systems and tools: IDP, MDM, Datalake, Okta, Google Workspace, SCIM, SAML, import-export capabilities, …
  • Excellent communication skills in English (a strong French accent is acceptable)
  • Experience coordinating efforts across multiple departments (e.g. IT, Finance, HR, Sales)

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a Technical IT Project Manager to join our Internal IT team
  • In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company by leading and implementing key IT projects
  • You will contribute to the team's capabilities by demonstrating excellent organization and communication skills, technical competence, personal initiative, and the ability to own and drive projects forward
  • This position reports to the Head of IT
  • Manage internal IT projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., System Interconnection, password manager replacement, Google Drive backup, laptop recycling initiatives, transversal communication management, …)
  • Identify and address support needs across various teams (finance, sales, HR)
  • Enhance IT awareness and the adoption of tools within the organization by organizing enablement sessions
  • Document, communicate, launch and monitor IT technical evolutions
