  • Experience leading hands-on projects from A to Z in a production environment, preferably client-facing
  • 5+ years of previous experience building web applications from scratch using TypeScript/Node.js/React

What the job involves

  • Our sales team is growing and we are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer to join our Solutions Engineering team in Denver. You’ll play a critical role in developing custom solutions to showcase the "art of the possible" for strategic customers needing functionality that goes beyond the native monday.com offering
  • These custom solutions will leverage monday.com's API and App Development framework to create custom workflow automations, UI views, and more
  • This is a customer-facing role that requires aptitude across our four main pillars of engagement: Discovery, Design/Proposal, Development, and Presentation
  • Work closely with Solutions Engineers to fully understand the requirements and use case through in-depth discovery sessions with customers
  • Ability to quickly translate requirements into a working design proposal to address customer pain points
  • Develop and test solutions to address customer requirements
  • Develop custom applications on monday.com platform while taking full ownership from design to deployment
  • Resolve bugs and provide ongoing support/iteration for live custom solutions active in the service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment on project engagements typically ranging between 2-6 weeks in duration
