Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator, iCIMS

• At least two years of experience coordinating Talent Acquisition activities, including the pre-employment process
• Experience leveraging an applicant tracking system
• Experience using iCIMS Talent Cloud
• B2B Software or SaaS company experience
• Ability to effectively learn new technology and train others
• Ability to prioritize critical tasks and effectively manage time to support a variety of responsibilities
• Ability to maintain confidential data with discretion

• Support global onboarding including pre-employment checks and system-related onboarding tasks
• Handle candidate inquiries through the careers inbox, voicemail, and Talent Acquisition Partner requests
• Coordinate single and panel interviews while ensuring an exceptional candidate and interviewer experience
• Leverage all resources available through the iCIMS Talent Cloud to support a world class hiring process
• Update and maintain the job template library, pending and active jobs, as needed
• Follow up with hiring managers for job description updates
• Support manager enablement and general support for talent acquisition processes and tools
• Follow up with hiring managers and interview participants to ensure candidate feedback after each interview
• Consolidate interview feedback to support the decision-making process
• Communicate with candidates regarding their application status, as requested by a Talent Acquisition Partner
