Role

Who you are

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment
  • Experience in managing & closing strategic deal cycles that include multiple business units and stakeholders
  • Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales (including UCaaS and/or CCaaS)

What the job involves

  • As a Account Executive, Mid Market you’ll own the complete sales process from start to finish
  • You’ll work closely with Sales Leadership and Sales Engineers to take a medium sized business prospect to an active Dialpad client
  • In addition, you’ll help businesses solve complex communications problems felt by everyone around the world
  • This position reports to a Mid Market Sales Manager
  • Own the entire sales process, including converting leads into workable pipeline
  • Build strategic outbounding campaigns and sequencing to source your own opportunities
  • Have weekly 1:1’s with your Manager comprised of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap
