Otta's take

Customer service agents are a valuable asset to any enterprise but the cost of training and the high turnover is not business-friendly. Creating a platform that allows for digital transaction processing while also responding to natural language patterns would help solve this issue. Interactions is setting out to develop this solution and has created an award-winning natural language understanding technology.

Customer digital accessing interfaces have encountered many problems due to the lack of correspondence relative to interpreting natural speech patterns, particularly regarding accents and with background noise. Interactions’ system is designed to accommodate all speech patterns while also being tailored to reflect whichever brand is utilizing the service. With human related speech interaction, customers can feel like they are talking to a person rather than a robot.

A variety of companies, including Hyatt, Best Western, and Humana have incorporated Interactions technology to improve overall customer experience while reducing costs. With the global intelligent virtual assistant market projected to grow rapidly over the next few years, Interactions do face competition from the likes of eGain and Nuance. However, Interactions' commitment to creating genuinely interactive, responsive, and customizable interfaces has led to its launch of new products like Trustera, a sensitive information redaction platform, keeping the company fresh and innovative. It is also preparing for a new phase of growth in 2023 through key leadership hires.
