What the job involves

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer to join our team to act as technical leader of our UI architecture and development of our nextgen console product
  • This is an exciting opportunity to shape the direction of our front-end architecture within the cybersecurity space
  • Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient front-end architecture
  • Collaborate closely with product design, UI engineering, cloud engineering, and various stakeholders across the organization
  • Act as a technical leader and guide for the front end engineering team
  • Thrive in hands-on coding environment, leading by example in crafting solutions with the big picture in mind
  • Navigate and manage ambiguity while delivering innovative solutions
  • Lead documentation efforts focused on decisions, processes, key interactions and frameworks
  • Provide direction and recommendation on emerging trends and technologies by conducting an assessment of benefits and risks
  • Writing code while providing thought-leadership both upstream and downstream reporting lines
  • Consider the customer and business impact of decisions and make appropriate tradeoffs
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable asking questions, looking for help, and sharing their perspectives
  • Ensure seamless integration of the UI with backend services
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
