Who you are

  • Some experience using Python, SQL and / or Git would be preferred

What the job involves

  • You'll help us to build best practice and scalable digital underwriting and portfolio management capabilities, including areas relating to pricing, line size generation and exposure management.
  • You’ll be proactively driving improvements in performance by informing the Ki Algorithm product roadmap using analysis, hypothesis testing, portfolio optimisation and model calibration, and developing visualisations to improve algorithm explainability
  • You'll interface with other areas of the business, such as the Portfolio Underwriting team, on the digital implementation of business or reporting requirements affecting the Ki algorithm
  • This role will allow you to bring an analytical mindset to developing the Ki algorithm as part of a multidisciplinary team involving product managers, data scientists and software engineers
  • Our squads focus on delivering high-impact features and we favour a highly iterative, analytical approach. We invest time in research and development, internally and with academic institutions
