Feedstock was founded in 2015 by two capital market professionals who wanted to help businesses unlock the value within their unstructured data. Its flagship product, Cortex, solves MiFID II compliance regulations in a ground-breaking, automated way, and has enabled the company to bring on an impressive client roster including some of the world’s largest and most prestigious asset management (AM) institutions.
But FeedStock is no one-trick-pony. Predicting that MiFID II compliance products and the AM industry would soon become a saturated market, the company has sought to leverage its significant data capabilities for other use-cases.
Their latest technology, Synapse, automatically analyses internal/external client and colleague interactions and uses this to advise relationship managers in real-time. FeedStock now has a rapidly growing client-base outside of financial services, offering its Client Relationship Assistance system to businesses across industry who manage large B2B client-bases.
One future competitor, Deloitte's TrueVoice AI, similarly aims to improve client interactions using NLP, yet FeedStock differentiates itself with a sharp focus on automated data-capture and its cutting-edge NLP algorithms which promise accuracy scores of above 85%. They have a clear customer base in mind, and as commercial relationships have shifted from in-person to digital, demand for their Synapse product is set to increase still further.
