I joined Medloop because of the mission to transform healthcare from being reactive to becoming preventative. At Medloop, we strongly believe in the potential for connected healthcare. As such, we are on a mission to close the loop between patients and doctors, enabling doctors to have a real-time overview of their patient population and empowering patients to have better access to care. We work collectively towards our mission i.e. to enrich the relationship between patients and doctors. We want to provide patients with faster and seamless access to the healthcare system. We want to empower the patient to have control and power over their medical data.

At MEDLOOP, I absolutely love the teamwork and the respect that we all have for one another. Blessed to be a part of a great team! My experience is both challenging and rewarding. It’s exciting, fulfilling, and overwhelming at times. Great group of people to work with (too many to name) who actually care beyond themselves and strive to achieve a common goal... doing things right. My very first encounter with MEDLOOP was blessed and continues to be exemplified daily in the same manner. It is fun to work with happy people who love where they work and see smiles on every face. I can’t even explain how blessed I am and how fortunate to have such a great team that believes in me.

The team at Medloop is great - from tech over operations to product, everyone works together and respects each other. The people are intelligent and friendly, which makes working together really easy. We also share our weekly wins and there is always time for personal exchange and some fun. We even have a 'playtime' meeting once in a while, in which everyone that is free can join to play an online game together.

Working at Medloop is very flexible. We are all working from our home office, usually. When we feel like it, we meet in the office in Berlin, or the other employees in the UK meet together in London. I see it as a welcome change from usually being in the home office to having a productive and social day together, as well as a nice lunch!

At Medloop, I feel like I am making a difference. We are developing products that are helping patients receive better care all over England. Lots of people who work at Medloop are actually a bit squeamish about blood and broken bones, including me. Working in health tech is our way of being involved in this amazing industry without having to get our hands moist.
