Who you are

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience of Technical Project Management and/or insurance industry exposure
  • Experience managing SaaS based projects and/or software integrations and development
  • Comfortable being in a client facing role, executing discovery presentations, and POC evaluations and impact
  • You are dynamic, curious and eager to learn, always looking to expand your fields of expertise
  • You show leadership by being proactive and taking ownership of your work; you often come up with new ideas to improve our service quality
  • You are comfortable managing multiple projects and simultaneously dealing with the pressure of delivering excellent services to our customers
  • You know how to make complex things feel simple
  • Studying for or being certified in PM certifications such as CAPM, PMP or Prince2 is a plus
  • Insurance / fraud industry exposure is a big plus

What the job involves

  • As part of the project management team, you will be the cornerstone of client relationships
  • As a project manager, you will anticipate risk, communicate with both external and internal parties, develop and manage implementation plans, guide roadmap execution, and assist with identifying client needs
  • Manage overall delivery of our solutions by collaborating with Shift's technology teams such as data scientists and developers, as well as our client's management, business, and technical teams
  • Ensure client satisfaction during the entire life-cycle of the project, full SDLC
  • Participate in later stages of project and solution selling (define project methodology and organization, validate client requirements, develop SOW, POC evaluation and Impact, etc.)
  • Contribute to the development of our business processes
  • Define profitability methods (pricing, commercial offers and business cases)
  • Play a role in shaping the internal workings of the company by executing on strategic internal projects to help us become more effective as a company
  • Work closely with our growing team to help increase our footprint in the US market
