Role
Who you are
- Previous consulting or professional services experience (or consulting-type roles) in a data role
- Experience in developing and implementing data strategies
- Familiarity with data architecture concepts like ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes/warehouses/lakehouses and data mesh
- Experience with common data and analytics platforms using technologies such as AWS, GCP, Snowflake etc. and/or visualisation tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, etc
- Understanding of different data operating models and governance structures
Desirable
- Experience with working with one or more cloud providers
- Capabilities in one or more other specialist areas such as data visualisation, data modelling, data architecture
What the job involves
- As a Data & Insight Consultant, you will be working on data & insight consulting projects with AND Digital’s household name client
- Defining transformative data strategies for household name businesses that allow them to use data more effectively
- Building the case for change and achieving the cultural shift required for data-focussed ways of working to drive data transformation
- Designing and delivering data and insight products, platforms or transformations
- Creating governance models that allow our clients to properly manage their data asset
- Understand the latest tools and technologies within data and insight and be able to apply them to our client's challenges
- Understand how data and analytics can support business objectives and goals
- Communicate complex propositions through story-telling and great written communication
- Lead large scale data transformations
- Be comfortable in a professional services environment moving between various client engagements
