What the job involves

  • We are looking for Inbound Sales Representatives based out of our Toronto Sales Headquarters located at 5200 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON. There are 5 positions open for this upcoming cohort
  • This role operates on a 40 hour work week with rotating shifts, providing coverage for various time zones, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • As an inbound sales representative, you'll convert incoming leads into sales while building and nurturing relationships with potential customers
  • Your focus will be on handling incoming inquiries, making a key difference from traditional inside sales. Don't miss this opportunity to make an impact!
  • How your first 3 months will be built:
  • Week 1: Fully onsite for onboarding
  • Week 2: 3 days in office and 2 days working from home
  • After your first 60 days: 2 days in office and 3 days working from home
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Handle a high volume of inquiries (phone, chat, email) from potential customers interested in our products/services
  • Provide detailed product information and address customer concerns
  • Manage leads in the CRM system, including updates and assignments to sales representatives
  • Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and boost revenue
  • Efficiently convert leads to sales using established systems
  • Adaptability to handle additional tasks and projects as needed

Our take

The quantified self movement is gaining momentum, especially in the health and fitness sector. Wearable health monitors, sleep trackers, and genetic testing have all firmly entered the mainstream, and body MRI scanning service Prenuvo is taking this concept to the next level. Prenuvo’s whole body diagnostic imaging offers customers a comprehensive picture of their body, whilst screening for 500+ major conditions and cancers.

The medical benefits of approaching these diseases proactively, as opposed to reactively, are substantial. Customers will be able to catch warning signs early, meaning treatment is likely to be less invasive, with a higher success rate. Unfortunately North America, like many regions, has yet to make substantial investments in preventative healthcare. This just makes companies like Prenuvo, and the VCs who fund them, increasingly necessary.

This funding, however has been substantial, and having closed a Series A funding round in 2022 Prenuvo has moved swiftly to open new clinics across the United States. Its next step is to improve the accessibility of its service - currently scans cost about $1000, but improvements in the technology and working processes will cut the cost by two thirds or more and greatly expand Prenuvo's addressable market.

Leadership

Previously founded semantic search company Zaptravel (now Lebara Travel) and iPhone app company Tapulous (subsequently sold to Disney). Later joined Disney as the SVP of Disney Mobile, and then Lebara as Chief Product Officer. Alongside work at Prenuvo they also co-founded Azarus.
