Role

Who you are

  • Experience in performance marketing or user acquisition roles, ideally within the mobile app industry
  • Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including ASA, Microsoft Ads, and Google AdWords
  • Strong analytical, data-driven, and performance-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive valuable conclusions while optimizing day-to-day performance
  • Experience in working with relevant marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and Tableau
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Languages: English, German (at least the ability to understand and correct German language errors), French is a plus

What the job involves

  • As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will plan, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns on various channels
  • Your special focus will be on ASA (App Store Advertising) and Paid Search with additional opportunities to take over tasks and responsibilities across other paid channels
  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, especially App Stores & Search Engine Advertising
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid user acquisition strategies to drive app installs and subscription
  • Monitor campaign performance and drive performance analysis to achieve KPI goals and maximize ROI
  • Collaborate closely with the data team, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making
  • Drive proactive initiatives to enhance the creative production workflow, ensuring high-quality ad creatives and effective messaging
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and optimization
