  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 4+ years B2B online marketing, media sales, and digital marketing experience including SEO, website development, PPC, online advertising, and social media (required)
  • Consultative sales experience utilizing data driven marketing strategies and tactics to deliver on customer needs
  • Legal industry knowledge and experience preferred
  • Technical aptitude (MS Office, internet applications, Salesforce.com)
  • Must reside within your territory and have the ability to travel with some overnight trips
  • Working knowledge of sales process, methods and techniques high ability to prospect for new business
  • Strong Interpersonal skills, ability to interpret marketplace needs and translate them into products and/or services
  • Proven organization skills, effective time management skills and ability to work independently

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for experienced Senior Sales Executives to join our FindLaw Field Sales Team
  • As a Senior Sales Executive, you are responsible for developing and growing new accounts within a large base of small to mid sized law firms in an assigned territory
  • You will utilize your prospecting and consultative selling skills to identify opportunities to provide FindLaw web based marketing and advertising solutions to your current or prospective customers
  • You will also partner with our internal client management team to support the post sales satisfaction and retention of existing FindLaw customers
  • In this opportunity as a Senior Sales Executive, you will:
  • Attain sales targets and quota on a monthly basis in assigned territory
  • Consult with clients regarding web based marketing strategies and solutions that will meet their business needs and will improve their ability to generate business
  • Strategically grow a customer base through prospecting and cold calling
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders regarding existing and new clients to identify and resolve client concerns; establish and maintain current and potential client relationships
  • Be actively in the field with some overnight travel (based on territory) to various client sites
