Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in Object Oriented languages like Java, Groovy, Scala
- Proficient at collaborating with teammates to design, maintain and improve sophisticated object-oriented and/or functional software
- Appreciation for the value of diverse ideas in coming up with innovative solutions
- Interest or experience in Functional Programming
- Experience with frameworks like CATS/AKKA
- Knowledge of distributed system design and operation

- As a Software Development Engineer in CSP, you will be crafting and developing products using various modern technologies and platforms
- You will draw on your experience to build designs and drive solutions forward
- You will grow your expertise by collaborating with our team in day to day developer tasks, as well as guiding the strategic direction in the solutions we craft and build
- Put our customers first by working closely with Product Management to ensure we deliver solutions that contribute to customers
- Live the Workday core values daily
- Design & develop high quality, secure enterprise solutions. Display innovative & analytical thinking and actively engage in code reviews and design discussions
- Learning and sharing knowledge learnt with others. Collaborate well with our teams and other teams across Workday
- Follow Agile methodologies and actively identify areas of improvement and propose solutions to benefit our teams daily developer life
