- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of inspiring and engaging others
- Strategic thinking with a focus on both tactical execution and long-term vision

What the job involves
- As a GenAI Software Engineer at Icertis, you will be instrumental in developing innovative AI-driven solutions that power our contract intelligence platform
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to design and develop GenAI solutions that serve as the foundation for our products
- Develop and implement key components within the AI stack, focusing on robustness, scalability, and performance
- Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, contributing to strategic decisions that enhance our product offerings
- Work in a dynamic team environment, sharing knowledge and fostering innovation through collaboration

It may seem that the company is targeting small margins, but with customers including Google, Microsoft, and Johnson & Johnson, the real numbers are huge.
The 2009-founded company offers a comprehensive range of products to manage every stage of a contract lifecycle from setup to approval and reporting, but its main value differentiator might be its AI applications, which can analyze previous negotiations at scale and visualize deep data insights on performance.
The company has seen a steady stream of investment since its founding and is using its 2022 VC from German multinational SAP to deepen the integration between the two companies' software tools.
