Who you are
- 8+ years of experience in HRIS, with deep hands-on expertise in Workday, HR technology, data management, and integrations
- Strong ability to manage day-to-day system operations while driving continuous process improvement
- Experience with hands-on execution, from strategy to delivery, in fast-paced, global environments
- A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on execution and delivering tangible results
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
What the job involves
- The Senior Manager of HR Technology will take ownership of Sitecore’s global HR systems, including Workday and Jobvite, driving the day-to-day execution, architecture, and transformation of our HR tech stack
- This is a highly hands-on role where you'll implement solutions that meet business needs while directly managing systems, integrations, and data processes
- You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure that our HR systems operate efficiently and scale as we grow
- Execute and deliver solutions to optimize our HR tech stack, focusing on immediate business demands with clear, actionable outcomes
- Oversee daily operations and tactical execution of Workday, Jobvite, and other HR systems, ensuring that systems run smoothly and integrations meet business needs
- Actively manage system configurations, upgrades, and integrations to support HR program deliverables
- Collaborate closely with the IT department to ensure that HR systems align with technology guidelines, policies, and security protocols
- Serve as the go-to point of contact between HR and IT for module deployment and global requirements
- Ensure data accuracy through regular auditing of HR data, maintaining data integrity at all times
- Partner with the Head of HR Operations to implement technology improvements, focusing on automation and process efficiency
- Lead and participate in hands-on HR projects that involve systems, business processes, and tech integrations, ensuring smooth execution to meet business goals
