Role

Who you are

  • 4+ years of experience in GTM Analytics, financial analysis, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience supporting marketing stakeholders
  • Strong Experience with GA4, Marketo, Salesforce, ahrefs
  • Proven experience in connecting various data sources to tell a holistic story across the entire marketing funnel
  • Preferred experiencing working with in a high velocity, highly transactional SaaS company
  • Experience building and maintaining dashboards, preferably in Tableau and SFDC (Looker experience a plus). Please feel free to submit any dashboard examples you may have
  • Experience SQL skills and proven ability to read, write, debug, and optimize SQL queries
  • Proven experience in translating complex data into actionable insights that uncover the “Why” behind KPIs changes
  • Experience providing month-end, quarter-end and yearly retros that help tie data outcomes to marketinging and business strategy
  • Experience transforming data requests into crisp analysis accompanied by insightful recommendations
  • Preferred to sit in Austin, TX but open to remote candidates

What the job involves

  • We are looking for an analytically curious and data-driven Senior Go-to-Market Analyst to partner with our marketing team in optimizing lead management, building dynamic and efficient reporting, and helping drive operational strategy through actionable insights.
  • As an essential partner to Marketing, your reporting and insights will guide and measure marketing productivity, marketing influenced pipeline, revenue growth, and support marketing’s go-to-market strategies. Our ideal candidate is someone who can connect the dots across various data sources to uncover the “why” and act as a consultant to marketing, going beyond the ask and providing actionable and digestible insights that tie outcomes to marketing strategy
  • Help own and drive the marketing analytics roadmap
  • Connect data from various marketing sources to accurately measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts (think GA4 data with Salesforce)
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire marketing and sales funnel
  • Discover root causes of performance by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing marketing data from various data sources and present findings to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports
  • Help optimize the current attribution model by driving alignment between marketing and sales
  • Work with the systems team to build processes to track Marketing ROI of different channel campaigns
  • Design and implement data models optimized for querying and reporting on digital marketing performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLV)
  • Proactively monitor existing marketing business metrics, propose new metrics, and work across the organization to deliver actionable intelligence
  • This role is part of the Business Operations Analytics team, a small but mighty team of intellectually curious members who like to get sh*t done but also know how to have fun doing so
  • You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience beyond marketing and flex into sales, product or post-sales analytics (if desired)
  • Partner with key stakeholders who are data-driven, data-hungry, and down to earth to work with
